The Only Hope 1x1

"Smoke is about all I can do otherwise." Dante said, shrugging.

"Have you tired lava?" She asked him,

Dante shook his head. "No. I don't know if I should, though."

"Not here, but when we have actual space to work with you should try." Anya explained.

Dante nodded. "Alright, I will."

"My powers are basicly just the three forms. Solid, liquid, and gas." Any said. "Although yours is different and similer in the same way."

Dante nodded. "I think I understand."

"What would fire be catagoized as anyway?" Anya said confused.

Dante shrugged. "That's a good question, actually. I'm pretty sure it isn't any of those."

Anya laughed. "It's a big mystery,"

Dante chuckled. "Yeah. At least its proven to be helpful."

Anya nodded. "I wonder if your power can make an explosion?"

Dante shrugged. "Probably with the right things nearby."

"It sounds kind of dangerous now that I think about it."

Dante nodded. "It would be."

"I guess anything can be dangerous though." Anya sat down on her blanket.

Dante nodded and leaned against the wall. "That's true."

"I wonder what time it is," she thought just as there was a knock on the door.

Dante walked over to the door and opened it slightly. "Yes?" He asked.

A guy from in the kitchen looked at him. "Girls have showers, thought your girlfriend would be interested with information." He told him.

Dante blushed slightly. "A-Ah, I see. Sorry for being rude, I'll go tell her. Th-Thank you." He said, closing the door again. He turned to Anya. "Th-The showers are open." He said to her.

Anya nodded at him slowly. "What'd he say your stuttering?"

Dante nodded. "H-He said that the showers were open for girls."

Anya smirked and stood up walking towards the door. "Aww is someone having perverted thoughts?" She teased before walking out of the room and down the hall to the bathrooms.

"O-Of course not!" Dante called after her.
