"Okay then, this will be our offical meeting spot then." Claire said enthusiastically.

Friedrich smiled. "Awesome..." He said and then fell into a bit of an awkward silence, trying to think of a conversation to start up.

"Sooo, how did you come up with your username?" Claire asked.

"My username? Oh, ja, I just like ice tea. So I tried to be a bit more... creative vith it." Friedrich said, shrugging. "Vhat about you?"

"When I was little I always thought that one day I would become famous. So that`s the mystar part. S at the front because my full name is Claire Scarlet Sage and 99 was just a random thing I put in there." Claire said.

"Huh. Zhat's a lot more interesting then mine." Friedrich said, chuckling. "My full name ist Friedrich Kaufmann."

"That`s a very German name right there." Claire said, giggling.

Friedrich blushed. "J-Ja, I suppose it is." He said, smiling slightly.

"My name just sounds mostly English though you can`t tell unless you think about it." Claire said smiling.

Friedrich nodded. "Ja, I had a feeling.. You know somezhing funny? Vhen I first saw you at zhe foot of zhe shtaircase, I almost didn't talk to you. I zhought you looked too pretty to be somebody vho vould be looking for a stranger you talked to on a forum."

"P-pretty?! I`m not that pretty I`m just an ordinary girl who doesn`t wear make up and stuff." Claire said getting flustered by the compliment.

"Don't say zhat." Friedrich said, smiling. "And I'm glad you don't vear makeup. I never undershtood zhe appeal in it."

"I never did either. I think people are pretty without it. I mean usually you don`t see guys walking around with it on so why are girls required too?" Claire said calming down a little.

Friedrich nodded. "Exactly. And don't say zhings like zhat, by zhe vay. You are pretty." He said, smiling.

"I guess I have to believe you if you keep saying it." Claire said with a smile.

Friedrich nodded. "Good, I'm glad to hear zhat."

"You are pretty cute too ya know. I`m surprised girls aren`t all over you." Claire teased.

Friedrich blushed. "Zh-Zhank you. I don't zhink I vould like zhat. I don't enjoy randomly going into relationships vith people, you know? I feel like I need to know somezhing about zhem first."

"I get that, have you ever been in a relationship?" Claire asked.

"Ach, only once. But she vasn't a good match for me, I don't zhink. A bit too... loose.. if you can undershtand vhat I mean." Friedrich said, shrugging.

Claire nodded. "I`ve never been in one so that`s why I`m curious."

"Zhat's quite surprising. I assumed somebody as fun to be around as you vould have been in several." Friedrich said, looking over at her.

"Yeah it`s kinda weird when an 18 year old girl hasn`t had one boyfriend or even her first kiss for that matter. I just sort of gave up even trying after awhile." Claire said with a sigh.

Friedrich shrugged. "If its any consolation I never had my first kiss eizher." He said, frowning. "And don't give up, zhat's never a good idea."

Claire looked at him she smiled lightly. "I`m glad I`m not the only one and I`ll try not to give in so easily."
